How does the Loyalty Program work?
Garden of rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members with herbs (points) every time they shop on mazillo.com! All members can redeem herbs for discounts, plus have access to exclusive benefits like birthday gifts, free products and special sales and offers.
Depending on which level of our program you’re in, you can earn 1X, 2X, or 3X herbs for every euro you spend. There are also special actions you can take like following us on social media, leaving us a review, and referring friends (see above for details)!
By participating in our Loyalty Program, we may use and share your personal information in the ways described in our Privacy Policy.
When will I get my birthday discount?
If you sign up and set your birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. You will receive the reward on your birthday. If you sign up and set your birthday to less than 30 days away, you will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date you set your birthday. Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days from the day they set their birthday.
When do I see my herbs adjustment?
Herbs earned with each purchase are updated once your order is paid. Herbs earned using other program benefits may be reflected immediately in your account, with the exception of referrals. If you have additional questions, please contact our customer support team at contact@mazillo.com
Do my herbs expire?
Yes, herbs expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn or redeem herbs.
How do I enroll in the program?
It’s free to enroll! Just create an account on mazillo.com and you’ll automatically be enrolled. If you’ve already created an account, you’re all set!
What can I earn with my herbs?
Members can redeem herbs for €20, €30 or €40 coupons.
I refered a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?
Your friend must make their first purchase within 30 days using your referral link in order for you to receive your coupon. Be sure to remind your friend to make their purchase!
How do I get to the next tier?
You are automatically enrolled in our Gatherer tier. In order to reach our Herbalist tier, you must spend €200. In order to reach our Enchanter tier, you must spend €400.
How do I earn herbs on my product reviews?
Once your review is verified, you will earn your herbs. 5 reviews max are eligible for points. If you have any questions, please reach out to contact@mazillo.com
